QuikTrip 1075

QuikTrip 1075 is a combination gas station and convenience store with a maximum of 20 fueling positions on approximately 2.2 acres on the southeast quadrant of Gold Hill Road (SC 460) & Pleasant Road (S-22) in York County, SC. DRG provided a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) for this combination gas station and convenience store. Conceptual drawing were provided showing the recommended roadway improvements, which included the installation of a raised median to restrict left-in and left-out movements at the site access on Gold Hill Road.
