Elevation Church Ballantyne Campus

Master planning, transportation planning, rezoning and construction documents for the megachurch’s Ballantyne campus. The campus is 22 acres and the facility with a 1600 seat auditorium. Master Planning and construction documents were coordinated with the adjacent multifamily site. The original conditional multifamily zoning (for YFP) was amended to include O-1 (conditional) zoning.
