Metro 808

Metro 808 is a 237 unit urban multifamily community on a 2.6 ac block in Plaza-Midwood. DRG provided site construction documents, public street improvements and utility infrastructure for the project. Metro 808 includes four unique courtyards with varying amenities from a saltwater pool with an adjacent amenity patio that showcases a TV lounge covered by a large asymmetrical shade sail with a multicolored LED light package, to a more passive courtyard with shuffleboard and a grilling station.
