Pursley Master Plan

Pursley is a 375 acre mixed use master planned community in York County, SC. The TND master plan includes a 12 ac. town square with commercial space, and a fire station. 1,110 residential lots of varying product types are coordinated in interconnected village pattern with neighborhood parks, bikeways, and open space with pedestrian and mountain bike trails. DRG provided master planning, rezoning services, amenity plans and construction documents.
