Sedgefield

Sedgefield is a planned redevelopment of a 59.4 acre site located on the east side of South Boulevard, between Poindexter Drive and Marsh Road in the Sedgefield community of Charlotte. The mixed-use project consists of 98,000 SF of retail (includes a Harris Teeter grocery), 1,200 multi-family units, and 100,000 SF of office divided between two phases. DRG provided a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) that included recommended roadway improvements that incorporated turn lanes on side roads adjacent to the proposed project along with pedestrian improvements (mid-block crossings along South Boulevard).
