Starting from the rezoning of the property, this industrial parking lot was transformed into a unique apartment community in the heart of South End. The scope included road improvement design, site planning, and site engineering. Amenity design included DRG’s newest extension to the CATS Rail Trail with plaza space, a bicycle maintenance station, seating areas, and private unit courtyards. Other amenities included an elevated pool courtyard and plaza and an upper terrace with views out to the bustling South End neighborhood.
