Blakeney

The Blakeney retail project includes development of multiple retail parcels located on the southeast corner of Rea Road and Ardrey Kell Road in the thriving south Charlotte area. To improve overall access to the site, DG Ventures, LLC asked to DRG to evaluate possible options and recommend an access solution. In response, DRG provided a creative design for an urban directional crossover on Ardrey Kell Road that also include a 2nd westbound left turn lane thus improving capacity at the Ardrey Kell and Rea Road intersection.
