Circa Uptown

Circa Uptown is an exciting and vibrant 244 unit urban apartment community in the heart of the sports district in uptown Charlotte, across from the Knights baseball stadium and just down the street from the Panthers Stadium. It is 5 stories over two levels of podium and includes two interior amenity courtyards over the podium and a sky terrace. Streetscape improvements for Graham Street, Third Street and future Martin Luther King Boulevard extension included seating and decorative paving along with landscaping and tree plantings.
