Clairmont at Jolliff Landing

The Clairmont at Jolliff Landing is a multifamily gated community. DRG provided construction documents, amenity areas, and plantings. Design elements included a resort style saltwater pool with sun shelf, hammock park, outdoor entertainment area, recreation field, playground, and dog park.
