Colonial Reserve South End

Colonial Reserve South End is a 341 unit apartment community on the Lynx Blue Line in South End. Working with the City, the development included offsite connections to the scattered pieces of multi-use trail on adjacent properties to create a continuous trail amenity in this area. The project also included several pocket parks along the rail trail for community use and extensive amenity courtyards, as well as the Poindexter Street extension from South Boulevard to the light rail crossing.
