The Cotswold Retail project is a 54,000 SF Publix grocery store nestled in the established Cotswold area of Charlotte. The grocery is on a compact 2.2 acre site that is entirely deck parked. The site provides for a new public street connection between Randolph Road and Colwick Avenue and this connection will serve as a planned future signalized intersection on Randolph Road. DRG assisted in the overall rezoning process including participating in multiple public meetings and providing a key Transportation Technical Memorandum (TTM) document to support the rezoning petition and redevelopment of the site.
