Glen Lennox is an established residential development that will be revitalized to include up to 1,650 residential units, 150,000 SF of retail and 500,000 SF of office space along the Fordham Boulevard and Raleigh Road corridors located in Chapel Hill, NC. DRG’s responsibilities included the review of a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) report submitted to the Town of Chapel Hill by the Town’s consultant. While various test analyses were performed to verify the results were consistent with NCDOT/Town requirements, multiple intersection alternatives to the recommended mitigation were suggested to Chapel Hill. These creative solutions were accepted as part of the final development agreement.
