DRG provided master planning, rezoning, transportation planning and construction documents for the two story, 42,000 sf Harris Teeter in Myers Park/Eastover neighborhood. The building was placed along the setback with an arched façade in order to maximize the use of the site while allowing the existing 17,000 sf store to remain open. Many unique features of this development include the preservation of existing trees in a small neighborhood pocket park, innovative phasing, and a test pilot underground water quality system.
