Harris Teeter Plaza Midwood

DRG provided master planning, rezoning, transportation planning and construction documents for the two story 51,000 sf Harris Teeter in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood on the block bounded by Central Ave., Nandina St., and McClintock Rd.. The project includes a 10,500 sf green roof with a sedum garden, outdoor dining area, and art elements along the streetscape to complement the eclectic, art inspired neighborhood, as well as innovative detention design to fit the existing urban infrastructure.
