The NC Music Factory (NCMF) located on NCMF Blvd. and Hamilton Streets near Uptown Charlotte requested a modification to the approved rezoning entitlements to modify the proposed land uses allowing the flexibility to increase overall office space. DRG provided a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) to modify the approved rezoning entitlements which included modifications on North Graham Street to a seven-lane cross-section between NCMF Blvd and W. 12th Street. In order to maintain the existing bridge deck width on North Graham Street, the NCDOT allowed lane width reductions to an urban standard of 10 feet.
