QuikTrip 1044TC is a combination gas station and convenience store with a maximum of 20 vehicle fueling positions and 6 truck fueling position located on the south side of Lane Street (SR 2180), immediately west of I-85 in Kannapolis, NC. DRG provided a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) for this 26 fueling position site. Recommended roadway improvements included turn lanes at two access locations while integrating with NCDOT’s I-85 Widening and Improvements Project I-3802A located along the site’s frontage.
