Woodfield Long Point

Long Point is a 258 unit multifamily site on the Wando River. DRG provided master planning and construction documents. The buildings were oriented to maximize long range water and marsh views and were interconnected with a large axial amenitized open space system that knitted together both phases on either side of Wando Park Boulevard.
